RF Settings

The AXIS-ENG stores 16 unique presets. This allows the end user to quickly switch between different configurations, which can include changes to RF frequency or channel plans.

Preset Tip

All configuration changes made in the RF menus will update the live preset and will be saved.

RF CONFIGURATION SUBMENU

To edit any of the RF configurations, simply click on the button that corresponds with the setting you would like to change. This will bring up a screen to select the desired setting.

FREQ - current preset RF frequency
POWER - current preset PA power
BW - current preset RF bandwidth
CONST - current preset RF constellation
GUARD - current preset RF Guard
FEC - current preset RF Forward Error Correction

EDIT RF FREQUENCY

To change the frequency, please select the FREQ button. Then input the desired frequency and press ENTER. If the frequency is not valid it will revert back to the previous setting.

EDIT RF POWER AND PA ENABLE

To enable the PA and also change the power output of the device, please select the POWER button. Select your desired radio power.

EDIT RF BANDWIDTH

To edit the RF Bandwidth, please select the BW button. Select your desired RF Bandwidth.

EDIT RF CONSTELLATION

To edit the RF Constellation, please select the CONST button. Select your desired RF Constellation.

EDIT RF GUARD

To edit the RF Guard, please select the GUARD button. Select your desired RF Guard.

EDIT RF FEC

To edit the RF Guard, please select the FEC button. Select your desired RF FEC.
